Pre-register for class sessions by emailing jane@hagoyoga.com or calling 616.843.1268.

  • All classes must have at lease five participants in order for the class to run for the session.
  • Classes are not held on all calendar Holidays.  Enjoy time with family and friends.
  • Drop Ins are welcome.  Please call or check the website to see if the class you are interested in is running for the session. Classes canceled for the session will be noted as "CXLD" on this website.
  • Classes infuse a mixture of poses, meditations and music for a unique yoga experience.
  • Sessions run on a monthly basis

Private Yoga Together we will set up a yoga/meditation practice that serves as balance for you! Call 616.843.1268 to schedule a session with Jane! Jane is available for couple private sessions, small groups and corporate sessions!

Class Etiquette

If you've not yet taken a class, please follow these tips to help enhance your yoga experience:

•    Please arrive a few minutes early to register or sign in.  We strive to begin all classes on time.
•    Enter the yoga space quietly, as there may be other students in class that are meditating prior to class.
•    Please remove your shoes before entering the studio space.
•    Wear comfortable clothes that are not too baggy and do not bind at the waist or knees when you sit down.
•    Avoid wearing heavy scented perfume or lotion as those around you may be sensitive.
•    Do not eat a large meal or drink a lot of liquid before yoga – an empty stomach is most comfortable.
•    Mats and eye pillows are available for you to use (and purchase).
•    If you bring a water bottle, please be sure the top is closeable.
•    If you are pregnant or have physical restrictions or injuries, please let the teacher know before class.
•    If you need to leave class early, please be respectful of the other students in the class by taking a few minutes in Savasana and leaving quietly. Try to grab a spot closest to the exit.
•    Please remember to turn off your cell phone.
•    Relax! HAVE FUN!

Policies

Make Up Classes
You may make up a class missed for the week on a different day during the current session only. Missed days will not carry over to a new session.

Session Payments
Payments for sessions must be prepaid in full unless you plan to pay a drop in fee or other payment arrangements have been made.  If you know in advance you will miss a class during the current session, please feel free to make up the missed class by attending a different yoga class within the same monthly session.  Payments made for the session will not carry over and must be used in the current monthly session.

Refunds
All fees are non-refundable, except in emergency or medical situations. Please inform the instructor immediately, refunds will not be given after the session has already passed.

Class Cancellations
In the case of inclement weather, a notice of class cancellation will be posted on the hago yoga Facebook page. If you are not sure please call or text 616.843.1268.
If class must be canceled due to instructor illness, you will receive an emai or text  informing you of the cancellation.

$10 Drop In Fee

$ 8 Per yoga class prepaid for the session(sessions run monthly)

CLASS PASSES

$54 – 6 Classes     Expires 2 months from first class

$100 – 12 classes Expires 3 months from first class

Classes at Orchard View are run through the community center.

Prices vary in other studios according to their own studio pricing.

Private Sessions

$75 – One Hour Private Yoga Session with Jane
$75 – One Hour Private Reiki Session With Jane
$120 – Two Hour Reiki Session

Class Descriptions

Beginner Yoga  – 60 minutes

Learn safe alignment specific to your needs along with new ways to open the body through breathing techniques and movement.  This class will teach you the foundation of basic yoga poses and philosophy so that you will be ready to progress into the next journey of your practice.

Gentle Flow – 75 minutes
Gentle flow offers a slower pace of yoga postures and sun salutations, integrating breathing techniques, short meditation, and basic yoga philosophy to connect to the light within.  All levels welcome.

Hatha Flow – 75 minutes
Hatha flow offers a personal pace of yoga postures and sun salutations set to the rthym of your breath. Use of breathing techniques, meditation, and basic yoga philosophy to connect to the light within.  All levels welcome.

Hatha Vinyasa – 75 minutes
A powerful vinyasa practice.  This class explores longer holds and intermediate postures preparing us for breathing and meditation techniques.  This class dives deep into the connection of our mind, body and True Self.  Prior yoga experience recommended.

Yoga/Pilates Mix – 60 minutes
This class will combine the stretching and strengthening of yoga and pilates fused together to create a dynamic class of movement, balance, and breathing techniques. All levels welcome.

Reiki & Restore Yoga – 60 minutes
This is a gentle yoga class exploring poses that will set our bodies into a restorative state.  Poses are held in place and the power of Reiki energy is applied to promote healing throughout the body. All levels welcome.

Chair Yoga – 60 minute
Chair yoga
is a class all done from the comfort of a chair.  You will enjoy the same benefits of stretching, twisting, and balancing all with the support of the chair.  This is a slower paced class with focus on the healing benefits of the breath.

Chakra Course – 75 minutes
This 9 week course is to balance energy throughout the body. Movement and breath work will be introduced specifically working with one of the seven energy centers throughout the body. Each week you participate you will receive a celebratory bead to show off your accomplishement! Bracelets will be for sale to add your beads to!

About Jane

Jane Donnelly has been practicing, teaching and studying yoga and meditation since 2001. Jane completed several certifications within the YogaFit system and received her 200 teacher training through Sangha Yoga in Kalamazoo, MI with Para Yoga® Master Teacher, Karina Ayn Mirsky. Jane’s study with Karina is through the classic yoga tradition of Tantric Hatha Yoga in the style of Para Yoga®.
